Poetry
on our label
The poem on our label was written by one of my dear cousins, Maria Cisneros-Smallcanyon. These words came to her on the anniversary of our Sweet Angel’s death. She described it as a message that came through - a blessing from Angel. Her life was short, but it inspired many others to live life well, to take advantage of the time we have that she didn’t get. Our products are a promise to her that we will live life the best we can.

Throughout my years as a massage therapist I constantly found myself wishing there was a way I could customize the products I used on my clients based on their preferences and restrictions. This is where Mas Vida was born. I began researching the products in the massage industry and after learning about what they contained, I wondered if it was possible to create something cleaner and more natural. Through my research, I began to think about the products my family and I used growing up - especially the ever present crema de la vaca, a balm we used for scrapes and sore muscles. As I learned about the ingredients, I knew that I wanted better for my patients, for my family, for myself.
